How do I make online booking ?
You can make online booking via our website at www.suninnshotel.com.my, call respective hotels telephone you wish to book, or by walk-in at any of our hotel locations.

How do I know if my booking is successful?
You will receive a booking confirmation reference number upon successful booking with full payment.

Can I make a booking on behalf of another person?
Yes, you can, but you are required to key in the staying guest's personal particulars when making booking.

Can I check in if the booking is under someone else's name?
No, only the person stated in the booking confirmation is allowed to check in.

Must I print out my booking reservation?
It is advisable to print out your booking reservation for easy check-in. If you don't have a printed reservation, you can confirm your booking by providing your identification at the Hotel's Front Desk.

What is the check-in time?
The check-in time is 2.00 pm.

What is the check-out time ?
The check-out time is 12.00 noon

Are there parking facilities around the hotel?
There are public parking facilities surrounding the hotels. Please refer to the individual hotels for more information. Vehicles are parked at own risk.

What is the maximum number of nights I can book?
The maximum number of nights is nine (9) nights subject to availability.

Is there Internet access in the Hotel?
Yes. WiFi Internet access is avaialble at all our hotels for free.

Do I have to pay for the use of air-conditioner, TV, Astro and the WiFi Internet access in the room?
No, you do not need to pay for the use of these facilities. Our quoted room rates entitle you to free use of the these facilities.

Does the Hotel provide additional beds ?
No, our hotels do not provide additional beds but may provide extra mattress upon request and if the room is large enough to accommodate the extra mattress.

What should I provide when check in?
You must provide your Identification Card or passport at check-in. We will collect RM30 refundable deposit for each room key issued. Please return the key to the Front Desk to collect your deposit during check-out.

Can I change my room type upon check-in?
Yes, subject to availability, you may request for change of room type at the Fronk Desk at check-in.
